Abuses by law enforcement are becoming more common, but in reality, there are almost no restrictions on photography. Legally you can pretty much take a picture whenever, wherever. You can take picture of private property and on private property. You can take pictures of private people and public figures. And without a court order, nobody can take your pictures away. Don&#8217;t let anybody tell you otherwise.</p>
