The operative term in <em>Wildlife Photographer of the Year </em>is apparently <em>wild. </em><a href="http://www.nhm.ac.uk/visit-us/whats-on/temporary-exhibitions/wpy/statement.jsp" target="_blank">The Natural History Museum</a> won&#8217;t be awarding the prize to anybody else, either because *shrugs* I&#8217;m sure they have a reason. And so we learn that even the otherwise staid world of wildlife photography isn&#8217;t completely drama free.</p>
